How SwapLoop works

SwapLoop does not force every rider onto one model. Compatible removable batteries are exchanged at a cabinet; e-bikes with integrated batteries use a monitored charging bay.

Three steps

  1. Find a station

    Choose a SWAP, CHARGING, or HYBRID location that matches your bike.

  2. Reserve

    Hold a Battery Slot or E-bike Charging Bay in the SwapLoop rider app.

  3. Complete safely

    Swap a compatible ready pack, or leave the bike to charge and collect when done.

Safety note

Packs are assessed before they return to circulation. Charging bays are monitored. Priority access for partners never bypasses compatibility or safety checks.
